Easing Upper Back Pain
I have been having upper back muscle pain, and I was seeking the causes and the solution.
Causes: I spend so many hours using PC and I think my posture was not good for the back muscle. Also, I should sleep on better mattress.
Solution: I cannot afford a good mattress for now, nor can I afford a designated masseur. Fixing my posture in front of the PC would avoid further pain, and I found a healthy computing web page helping me to improve the posture.
For easing the pain, I am trying this yoga posture. It seems to be working. But if it worsens, I would consider going to chiropractic.
