Darth Vader became Gogatsu-ningyo
Yoshitoku, a Japanese traditional doll company, is going to sell Darth Vader armor figures as gogatsu ningyo, or May Doll, an annual Japanese tradition of passing down of the spirit of the Samurai from father to son through a samurai armor figure. The Darth Vader figure will be sold at 180K-330K Japanese yen ($1500-2800). link
