Moka and Bodum Schiuma Milk Frother
While I await my Brikka 2-cupper, I tried something new: I used my Bodum Schiuma frother on the Moka coffee alone, without milk! It frothed beautifully and stayed a good time. It tasted great, although whether the froth/crema improved the taste over my brewing technique, I can't say.
At any rate, I will use this technique every time I use the Moka Pot. I'm still curious about my new Brikka, which I'll use in the afternoon due to the noise issues (I use my Moka Pot in the morning). Oh, the Moka Pot is the 6-cup model.
