Brikka cup vs. Moka cup: "Does a brikka make a better cup than a bialetti mokapot?"

They make different cups. A Mokapot will make something between a drip cup and an esprosso (though unique in it's own way) -- a thick, rich, dark cup of coffee. The Brikka attempts to lean toward espresso. You'll get a shorter cup, more intense, some would say 'creamier'.

But "better"? I have both pots, use both pots and largely prefer the Moka. But then, I like a longer cup and a longer drinking exprience.

Brikka vs Moka: Just had almost the same question under my Brikka Video on youtube. Whether one is better than the other depends on personal preferences, but if you favour the velvety creamy texture of an espresso, you will most likely find the Brikka to be the better of the two. NHSNielsen
