For crema Bialetti says.......
I just purchased a 2-cup Brikka from Bialettishop.com. In the box with the instructions there was a separate orange slip of paper about the size of a post-it note that says:
"In order to obtain a creamy coffee, fill in the measuring cup with water reaching a level of about 5mm under the inside notch."
I tried it but it doesn't seem to make that much of a difference if the water level is to the line or 5mm off.

: I got the same note, but also didn't really see a difference. The type of coffee seems to have a much bigger effect. A couple of local espresso blends, which probably have some robusta in them, seem to give more than the arabica beans I've tried.

Tryed it all...:
The only thing that seems to be working - more Robusta = more creama
+ as fresh coffee as can be
