Splitting the Crema

I currently own two Moka pots (6 & 12) which I use for making my daily coffee, but have been thinking about adding a Brikka to the collection for when I'm looking for a crema fix. I've watched a lot of video clips on the Brikka brewing and pouring the cup after but all the examples show a single cup being poured. If you are using the 4-cup Brikka and are splitting the pot between multiple cups how do you ensure each cup gets a fair share of crema. Is there a special way to pour it or am I going to need to spoon it onto the top of each cup?

Is there a special way to pour it? Yes, I usually pour and and halfway I hold a small spoon near the base of the spout to dam some of the crema back.

I prefer to use my two cup. It offers more crema than the four cup simply based on the proportions.

Happy brewing.

I mean, the 4 cups brikka can be used for only two cups with crema. You must start the pouring when the brikka open the valve, immediately! Forget 4 cups with crema, and forget the spoon trick! Good luck: Adrian
