brikka: I found you're video of the brikka in action to be highly persuavive in my quest for 'true' espresso taste at a cheap price. I now use my hamilton beach to froth the milk and occasionally to add more 'coffee' to my capuccinos. But first, it always starts with the Brikka. I was thinking about ordering the 2 cup brikka but the reviews imply to me to not to waste my time with it. What a shame, since when friends come over they're often impressed with my coffee but then dissapointed with all the prep time and clean up time it takes. Oh well. I now make my espresso quality coffee at home very well. The only drawback is unscrewing the brikka for cleaning, what a hassle. After trying several ways of adjusting the screwing of both halves so that it not leak when brewing; but, it is still very difficult to take apart despite the cold running water you run it under afterwards and making sure all the pressure is released. Yes, I have found that pressure is still present, at the valve, even after serval minutes of immersion in very cold water. Thanks for your revealing review and video. Aside of making a jig, since the brikka has a pentagon shape, to hold it and with a matching wrench to untighten it with so as not to keep grasping the weak plastic handle which will soon break off. Would welcome any suggestions on how to untighten it without tugging on the handle? Dave dave vargas
